I love all of the Malouf books, their books always such visual splendour. I could almost make middle eastern food my absolute favourite based on these books alone. If Malouf doesn’t fit the Christmas pressie bill, check out their other books, Arabesque, Moorish, Saha, Turquoise, and Saraban…

This is a great one for the kiddies. Watching those young Masterchefs at work is something else, so here is a little something for those inspirational young budding chefs that you might know. This book helps to extend the young cook’s knowledge as well inspire them, hopefully enough for them to make you their dining guinea pigs.
